Smart Kids Software's Geographic Areas Not Authorized to Sell

Export Regulations and Exclusive Territories Inspiration Software, Inc. forbids Smart Kids Software the export of Inspiration Software, Inc. products to the following countries;

Australia, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Japan, Holland, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Inspiration Software, Inc. products may be exported to all other countries. List subject to change.

Inspiration Software, Inc. has designated the New York City Board as an exclusive territory. All sales are restricted to the schools of the New York City Board of Education.

The above exclusions do not apply to U.S. based schools and school districts located in foreign countries.
