"Spelling Games"

This program will help you learn the spelling of words in your list while also helping you with your typing skills. The program is run by selecting Typewriter from the main menu screen. At this point, you can taked a timed drill or click on Help or Stop. Make your choice.

In a timed drill, you will be shown three words (selected randomly from the current list) separated by spaces. You are to type in the words as fast as you can, then press (don't forget to include the spaces). A red box indicates the current position in the words being typed. The display above the words shows you the location of the required key on the keyboard. Once you press < Enter>, your typing speed will be given to you. Click OK for another set of three words. Click the Stop button to stop. Clicking Help or pressing will bring up this screen of information.

Mixed Case Lists: The typed letters must be of proper case.
