Ingenuity Works began offering the updated version of this program in 1998. The new program expands on previous text descriptions, has more detail and brighter graphics. For example, the story of Elsie McGill, a woman engineer in World War II who designed Hawker Hurricane fighter airplanes, is now contained in full in Canadian Treasures Version 1.5.1.
