Shipping:

• Domestic Orders

  • Standard shipping is Monday through Friday, via US Air Mail. There will be a $5.95 shipping and handling charge for the first title plus $1.00 for each additional title. Most orders will ship by the end of the next business day. Out-of-stock items will generally ship within 3 business days. We will notify you by e-mail if a delay is encountered. Alternate shipping requests will be at actual cost plus $5.95.
  • The cut off time for Overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day orders, placed over the Internet is 12:00, Noon, Central Time. The UPS Overnight, 2nd day and 3rd day time in transit, does not include weekend days. Overnight orders, placed over the Internet, on Fridays, will not be shipped as a Saturday delivery. If you would like to request Saturday delivery, you must phone in your order. Phone in orders can be processed as late as 3:30 PM at (832) 741-4244.
  • All Overnight orders will ship via UPS, Next Day Air Saver, with a guaranteed delivery time of 3:PM, unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Orders placed via the Internet, on Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays, will not ship until the next business day.
• International Orders

  • International shipping is via US Air Mail. There will be a $5.95 handling charge plus the actual cost of shipping.

Returns:

• No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. To receive your RMA#, e-mail smartkid6@smartkidssoftware.com.
• Returns must be received within 30 days from invoice date, at customer's expense.
• Opened items must contain all original packaging, manuals and documentation, in new condition and are subject to a 30% restocking charge.
• All refunds exclude shipping & handling charges.
• Defective items should initially be resolved with the publisher.
• Customer satisfaction and support is paramount at Smart Kids Software.
